Description

The Department for Foreigners and Immigration is responsible for the application of the current legislation on immigrant stay. It ought to remain in constant collaboration with the relevant Ministry and act in accordance with the latter’s guidelines.

SERVICES:

• Granting, renewal and revocation of uniform-format residence permits and residence cards for third-country nationals, in accordance with the current legislation.
• Monitoring of the application of the current legislation on immigrant stay.
• Conduct of controls for the verification of violations of the current legislation on entry into, or presence in, the Greek territory by third-country nationals.
